Professional Bio.

 
 

Sabrina is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Northwestern University. She earned a concentration in child and adolescent therapy and has robust experience working with individuals navigating various challenges and clinical symptoms. Throughout her clinical work and training, Sabrina provided therapeutic services at the Family Institute at Northwestern to clients experiencing life-transitions, anxiety, depression, interpersonal problems and relationship concerns. Sabrina has also worked as a counselor at Cancer Wellness Center in Northbrook, working with patients and their families to improve the emotional and physical well-being of those affected by cancer.

Sabrina is passionate and skilled in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. She focuses on clients’ strengths to implement an integrative and tailored approach to support individual needs and goals.

Sabrina’s genuineness, compassion, authenticity, ability to listen, and her emphasis for a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients reflects her empathic and relational therapeutic style. She creates a safe and judgement-free environment for all clients. She believes that individuals are extremely resilient beings and can overcome and grow from adversities, struggles, and challenges experienced.
