Individual & Family Therapy: $150

Financial Assistance
We strongly believe that individuals should have access to mental health services. Therefore, we offer options to those who are faced with financial hardship, which include reduced rates with select providers based on their availability.

Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation and Late Arrivals
We create consistent schedules with clients to enhance follow through and positive success, but also understand how busy life gets and that things come up! We will do our best to find a schedule that work for your life and that is appropriate for your treatment goals.
We request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you reschedule during the same week, you will not be charged for the missed appointment. However, if not then there is a $100.00 fee for the missed appointment. You may be charged $150.00 for missed testing appointments.
Estimated Costs for Services
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage, both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. This Good Faith Estimate provides you with information before your first appointment about the expected costs for treatment that is self-pay or out of network.
