Katrina is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience providing compassionate, client-focused care to individuals, couples, families, new mothers, and aging adults. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2009, with a specialization in Child and Family Practice.

Katrina draws from a range of modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to support clients in navigating a wide variety of life challenges. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, separation and divorce, adjustment difficulties, life transitions, and parenting/co-parenting.

Katrina is deeply passionate about helping her clients reach their personal goals and guiding them through life’s complexities in a supportive and empowering way. Her warm, empathetic presence fosters a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood.
