DR. ANNA BASOV, PSY.D.
LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Dr. Basov founded the Center for Psychology and Wellness in 2014. She has been the Clinical Director of the practice since it was established. Dr. Basov is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and couples therapy. She is certified as an ADHD treatment specialist and trained as a mindfulness based cognitive therapist. She holds a specialization in child/family therapy and assessment. Dr. Basov has a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling. Dr. Basov has obtained a clinical specialty in child and family therapy, as well as psychological testing and evaluation. Prior to working in and owning a private practice, Dr. Basov worked as a psychologist in various professional settings, including hospitals, residential treatment facilities, and schools.
As a multicultural and bilingual person, Dr. Basov developed a passion for self-discovery and identity development throughout her life which transpired into helping others do the same. Seeing people take ownership and control in their lives, feel safe despite a history of anxiety or fear, become confident as their own unique self, and able to successfully connect with others and the world around them is truly fulfilling for Dr. Basov. She currently enjoys supporting the needs of the clients and staff at the practice, providing supervision to therapists, as well as spending time with her family.

Morgan is the Practice Manager who is passionate about creating a welcoming space where clients and therapists can thrive. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology which she applies in her role of supporting the CPW team. Morgan strives to provide an open, trauma-informed, and accommodating experience to everyone at this practice.
Morgan has six years of experience working in mental health and child welfare, with a background in community-based case management, crisis support, and program coordination.
She entered the field working at a therapeutic residential school as a mental health dorm counselor and later transitioned to working as a Child Welfare Specialist for Foster Care and Adoption.
Throughout her years supporting clients in the mental health field, she has developed a comprehensive knowledge of mental health care systems and an awareness of the importance of clients feeling supported every step of the way during the therapy process.
Morgan brings this strong experience and passion to her administrative role at this practice.

Megan serves as our dedicated medical biller, ensuring that the financial side of each client’s care runs smoothly so that the client can focus on your mental health journey without added stress. With over 15 years of experience in billing—both in medical and mental and behavioral health— Megan brings both precision and compassion to her role, helping clients navigate insurance claims, benefits verification, and billing questions with clarity and ease.
Megan works closely with therapists and insurance companies to streamline the reimbursement process. She stays up to date on the latest changes in insurance policies, coding requirements, and compliance standards, ensuring our practice remains efficient and is fully aligned with industry best practices. Whether the client is using private insurance, out-of-network benefits, or paying privately, Megan is here to help make the process as transparent and as manageable as possible.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys volunteering with teen moms and helping them navigate their world. She enjoys going to Door County, Wisconsin with her large extended family and spending time with her husband, son and dog. She also loves coffee and reading!

Gretchen is the Intake Coordinator and the welcoming face of our practice. She bringing years of experience working closely with people in a variety of client-facing roles. Her warm personality and genuine compassion set the tone for a comfortable and supportive environment from the moment clients call or walk through the door.
Known for her professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail, Gretchen ensures that each client feels heard and cared for. Whether assisting with scheduling, answering questions, or coordinating with therapists, she goes above and beyond to make every interaction smooth and reassuring.
Gretchen is currently pursuing her degree in Counseling, deepening her understanding of the therapeutic process and reinforcing her passion for helping others. Her combination of administrative skill and heartfelt dedication makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Walter assists the practice with hiring new therapists and staff members. He enjoys communicating with individuals seeking employment at the Center for Psychology and Wellness to explore the fit with the therapy and/or administrative needs of the practice, as well as the match with the company culture and goals. Walter coordinates communication and scheduling between prospective candidates and current team members. He enjoys learning about each candidate’s experience and professional goals.
