Weekly mindful meditation services are offered to those who want to come weekly or at their convenience.
This is an open group that will be offered every week. Each week there will be variations to the type of mindfulness and meditation that is practiced (with some basic overlap every week) so that you can explore the different types of skills and find which is the best fit for you to use in your daily life!
